Privacy policy


The protection of personal data is a particularly important concern for us. Therefore, we conduct our business in compliance with applicable laws on data protection and data security. The following explains what information we may collect and how we handle it. 

The personal data include, for example, details such as your name, your address, your email and your phone number. It exists the opinion that also the IP address which is assigned to each computer individually by a provider belong to the personal data. 
Non-personal information is such information that cannot be used to identify yourself (anonymous data). 

Our site is based on standard Web servers and automatically (not via registration) collects general information that are not used as personal data. The applied web server and statistical programs store data, within others,  such as as default browser type, browser version, the previously visited page (referrer URL), the IP address of the accessing computer and the time of server inquiry. 

We use this information to determine the attractiveness of our websites and their performance and to improve the content of the website. We do not disclose those data to third parties. Should we be required by law, regulatory or court orders to share data, then this will be done only in strict compliance with legal regulations on data protection. 

In order to evaluate our site statistically, we use the program "AWStats". The program is a free web analytics software. It is used for the analysis of standard webserver-log files which are generated based on visitor requests. 

Unlike other programs, the program we are using does not use "cookie" files for evaluation. Statistical analysis is performed on the log files that contain IP addresses. Different from other statistical programs AWstats does not share data with a third-party server. 
The program is installed on our own hosting package and is only used by our administrators to improve our website. 

Storage of Information on your request

Our website also collects active information from you when you subscribe to our newsletter. The information we collect about your person will only be used for the implementation of the service offered by us. We do not transfer such data to third parties. 
You can unsubscribe at any time from receiving the newsletter, by using the advice and information at the end of the newsletter, on this request your personal data is going to be erased by us irrevocably and completely. 

"Cookies" - Information stored automatically on your computer 

We do not use cookies.   We can not exclude that the web server technology, which serves our website, uses cookies for internal purposes, if this would be the case then we would not use those cookies. We use Microsoft ASP.NET web server technology.

Security 

We take technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against loss, falsification, manipulation and unauthorized access. 
We are always trying if possible to use the latest state of the art.

We update this Statement in irregular intervals. If significant changes are made concerning this statement or the use of personal data, it will announce this before we apply the amendments. Without your consent, never changes are made, which lead to a reduction of the already recognised protection of your personal data.
